| Description | Internet Shutdown imposed in Dhalai district of Tripura on 23rd October for 24 hours. Internet was suspended to prevent escalations post clashes between shopowners and police personnels in the Shantirbazar area in Kamalpur sub-division amidst the 24-hour strike called by Tiprasa Civil Society demanding the implementation of the Tiprasa Accord, strict action against illegal immigration, implementation of the Inner Line Permit (ILP) system and for urging the state government to safeguard indigenous rights and identity. |
